Maison 122 is very well located at the heart of the hyped and trendy Oberkampf district, with numerous bars and restaurants, not far from the Canal Saint-Martin (10-minute walk) and the Marais (15-to-20 minute walk). The neighborhood is very quiet (double glazing in the rooms facing the street). Because it is a small building and in order to respect the other inhabitants’ peace and quiet, it is not permitted to have parties in the flat. Pets are not permitted.

The 11th district, formerly mainly working-class neighborhood is now one of the trendiest districts in Paris. In fact, no trouble finding a good bar or restaurant near the apartment, including rue Oberkampf. Maison 122 is less than 10 minutes walk from the latter. On the other hand, Belleville Park is reached in 15 minutes barely. You can enjoy a panoramic view over Paris as well as a real breath of fresh air in the heart of the city! To the West, less than 5 minutes, you can reach the famous Canal St Martin, which banks have often served as decoration for the inspired as directors Jean-Pierre Jeunet.
