We offer at your disposal an independent 1BR apartment of 40 m2, furnished and equipped, in hyper centre city of Brest on the 3 rd floor of a secure building (digicode) well maintained with a collective garden.
Ideally located, it allows you to leave the car side for a while and with the help of the urban transport network to go to the beach in only 20 minutes by bus or to the port in 20 minutes by foot...
The Leclerc hypermarket & Jean-Jaurès street are just 150 m away. The place de la Liberté is at 250 m.
Full of charm, it has just been renovated.
Wooden floors and high ceilings: it has a sunny Southwest exposure without direct overview and with 2 small balconies in the living-room.
The street is quiet and there is possibility for free parking.
The apartment opens onto a small hall, right: the kitchen, fully equipped (great wall oven, fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, Toaster, iron), it will allow you to feel at home.
The bathroom consists of a shower (cabin) a washbasin and storage spaces, Toilets are separated (at the bottom of the bathroom).
A bed of 160 X 200, quality will allow you to relax comfortably.
A second place to sleep is possible in the living room (convertible sofa 140 X 200 bultex foam.)
Beds are made (duvets) upon arrival, linen (towels big and small) are at your disposal.
For your arrival, we provide coffee, filters, tea, sugar, sponge, washing liquid... to settly quietly before considering going to the supermarket.
To stay connected: WIFI is available through optical fibre (very high speed), a flat screen in the living room (35 channels).
We put at disposal: bed baby, stroller, transat, high chair.
During longer stay (one week or longer), linen change is possible (an additional complete kit is available on arrival)
Optional:-provision of a complete meal for your arrival basket.

Rates:- night: 60 euros.
- week: EUR 350.
-month 810 euros.
* 202,50 EUR is the price per week for stays of one month or more.
Week: 50 euros (350 euros for 7 nights) and starting from 9 consecutive days onwards a fee of 40 euros/night will be applied.
Flat-rate supplement of 15 euros for more than 2 people (providing the second sleeping + towels...) for a stay up to 4 nights (there is no increase beyond this period).
The rates include all charges: water, EDF, heating, Wifi, but not the tourist tax collected and donated to Brest Métropole Océane 0.39 EUR night/person over 16 years.
A deposit of 400 euros (not cashed) will be requested on your arrival, it will be rendered immediately at your departure.
