Description

Beaurivage which reminds that it bathed here thirty years ago is a studio for four people, with a large kitchen and dining area for 6, a shower room, overlooking a 100 m² garden, real balcony on the Loire River and the port of Nantes.
Beaurivage is the central studio of "Trentemoult", beach in Nantes, it allows to accommodate four people, a couple and two children, but when combined with the other two adjoining studios, California and wheat Port, it will accommodate six or eight people.
Sleeping in two bunk beds to sleep two or twin beds separated, transformed into a nice sofa the day to watch television or enjoy the garden and the Loire.
A sofa bed for two allows two others to sleep.
A large kitchen complete with sink two trays, electric oven, micro wave, coffee machine and toaster, next to an elegant dining area or the extension table can accommodate two to eight people.
Each dirty water with shower and toilet.
Two chests of drawers and a wardrobe to accommodate all clothing of travelers.
For reasons of ecology-economy water we you ask to bring your clothes below three nights, or else we'll pay 5 E per person.

Passengers access the 100 m² garden dominates the Loire in direct access from the studio and will allow part of barbecue and dining outdoors, Tan or resting, before a ballad at the Marina or the glacier of the wharf.

Trade with travellers I am an architect, passionate about history and the Nantes country, passion that I love share in advising you on things to see obvious and less known, unbeatable on the Loire and navigation which is also my job, because I propose on the Erdre and the Sèvre ballads through the Nantes vineyards on my old English featuring Gratitude: nature and heritage, but also tasting of muscadet and not banal meetings to two hours to full day program...

The district I live in Trentemoult since 1977, date of my first home purchase (I'm in the third)...
At the time it was populated by sailors going and captains, fishermen and workers of the Naval. Gradually the population is renewed, as many artists and creators have been seduced by this resignation habitat to compressed houses, they have colored and decorated with taste, resurrecting a festive artistic life that existed previously with the taverns and beach, above which you will live. Rare are the weekend without open studios or exhibitions in the streets.
You are on a dock where the view on Nantes is magnificent, with cafes and restaurants for all tastes and all price...
A shopping centre, on the back of the district allows to go shopping on foot, and finally a Bio every Saturday morning market is held in the front of your garden.

Transport Nantes is easily accessible by the river Shuttle which revives the old nickname of Nantes: 'the Venice of the West' with its vaporetto. It leads to the quay of the pit, on which short tram line 1 (East-West), which takes you to the city centre, or four at the station, reached in 30 minutes door to door in two stations...
Bus 30 at the foot of the stairs for those who do not want to go on the water!
Gare de Pont Rousseau-Rezé bus 36 or 30 minutes at pied.avec tram 2 and 3 (North-South) Aéroport Nantes Atlantique 8 km.

Other remarks this studio can be combined for families or large groups with studios adjacent "California" for two people and "Port to le Blé" also for two persons, to accommodate up to eight people Trentemoult is a magical place of the Nantes conurbation, but Beaurivage beach is the most quiet and moving instead.
