The apartment has been completely renovated.

It includes a kitchen (combined oven, induction, washing machine) with a bar/dining overlooking the living room space.

In the lounge you will have in addition a sofa d convertible angle (TV, Internet) an office at your disposal.

Next to the living room a nice room with a bed of 140cm, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers allow you to store your business.

The small bathroom is equipped with a hydromassage shower.

Toilet, located next to the small entrance of the apartment.

All linen is provided, and your bed will be ready at upon your arrival!

The price includes cleaning at end of stay beyond 5 days of rental and every 15 days in the case of long period.

The apartment, located behind the famous Cathedral of Rennes, is 2 minutes from a bakery, 4 minutes from the famous market des Lices on Saturday morning (and covered pay parking), 5 min from the square of the Town Hall and 6 minutes from the Parliament of Brittany.

You will also find close all the shops you need as well as full of small restaurants and nice cafes!
