Accommodation for 1 or 2 persons. 2 days in advance are needed for a reservation request so that I can organize myself to welcome you pleasantly. Mattress FUTON 140 x 190. Before booking to "FUTON / LA VILLETTE ', you must love to sleep on a FUTON mattress. No surprise to have for your nights and especially for your back. The place is quiet and safe. The room of 24 m² you will occupy is surrounded by a pretty screen Indian, separated from the stay by a curtain as shown in the picture. You'll be (single / single) in the studio, no privacy problem. Not to share either. Close to all shops, large supermarket to do your shopping, 5 minutes walk from the Metro station hoche (line 5), serving the main axes of the capital. Tram Porte de Pantin, 10 minutes from the Gare du Nord station to get to the airport CDG, Orly airport from Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, 15 minutes from the place de la République paris 10, 20 minutes to get to the Bastille, 25 mn Gare Austerlitz direct without matching route, 5 minutes from the Park of the Villette, the Ourcq canal City of Sciences and industry, city of music, the Geode, the Zenith for concerts or performances by renowned artists. Bakery at 5 mn, exotic groceries, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, post office, etc... Auto Velib bike rental. You will have at your disposal a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen to prepare your breakfast self service which is not included in the price per night. Microwave to warm your dishes. The cooker is reserved for stays of one month and more. Upon arrival, at the time of the delivery of the keys, you will pay me 100 euro deposit that will be refunded the day of your departure. For a stay of 7 days and more, the deposit is 200 euro. TV, internet wifi included. weekend, sightseeing, intern, travel professional, artist who likes to discover. Common access: kitchen, bathroom. Towels, bed linen at disposal. Shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, cream moisturizing body, make-up, styling gel, hair cream shaving beards or legs, etc. are not provided.
