Hello!
In mode "backpacker", we offer you a place on the couch for one person; sleeping bags, pillow and towels provided!
We are a small "tribe" (couple with 2 teens: 14 and 15) simple and almost trivial...!
In home mode or mode travel, we like to discover the people, their countries, their cultures... Exchange...... According to the time of each share our philosophy: the happiest people are not necessarily those who have the best of every thing but those who simply take advantage of what they have!
Our apartment is well located; close to the Tram (line C) and about 10 minutes from downtown historic monuments, places of entertainment, docks, water mirror, in a working-class neighborhood with all amenities: shops, swimming pool, library, doctor's office, etc...
But also, near the fair exhibition, the Congress, the new stadium, the beach of the Lake (monitored in July and August)...
Possibility of using the equipment of the apartment (fridge, microwave, washer/dryers, internet access and phone (according to the provided countries list).
With us, you are at home! the daily takes place in a community spirit, depending on the time of each job.
Good to know: - the Tram C line is direct from the train station - Velib (almost) at the foot of the building information (Bus + Tram + bike) on the http://www.infotbc.com to the pleasure!

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
