Description

Hello, we are a small "tribe" (couple with 2 teens: 14 and 15) simple and almost trivial...!

In home mode or mode travel, we like to discover people, their countries, their cultures... exchanging, sharing... According to the time of each use.

Our philosophy: People happiest are not necessarily those who have the best of every thing but those who benefit simply from what they have!

Our apartment is well located; close to the Tram (line C) and 10' from the city centre (historic monuments, places of entertainment, docks, water mirror), in a popular neighbourhood with all amenities nearby: shops, swimming pool, library, doctor's office, etc...

But also, near the fair exhibition, the Congress, the new stadium, the beach of the Lake (monitored in July and August)...

THE room is equipped with a double bed 140 x 200 with recent bedding, a desk, a TV screen (not connected) and a small storage space (wardrobe + 2 tablets).

Possibility of using the equipment of the apartment (fridge, microwave, washer/dryers, internet access and phone (according to the provided countries list).

With us, you are at home! the daily takes place in a community spirit, depending on the time of each job.

Note: the room is individual... but the Affairs of our son (15 years) remain in place (clothing, school affairs, game console,...), and that as a result, we have to re-enter with the rules of respect and good sense required!

Good to know: - the Tram C line is direct from the train station - Vélib at the foot of the information (Bus + Tram + Vélib) building on the http://www.infotbc.com to the pleasure!
