I am renting a nice 2 rooms appartment in a Hausmann style building in the Butte aux cailles neighboorhood.
It's a very calm apartment, with a good standing, in a great Paris area (village style), with a very convenient metro access as well (2 minutes walk from Tolbiac metro station, 7 minutes walk from Place d'Italie).
The Art-nouveau Butte aux cailles public swimming pool is 250 m far from my building, feel free to bring your swimming suit!
It's possible to park your car in the streets surrounding. There's as well a private parking accessible closely (Vinci) at walking distance.
You will find a a lot of nice restaurants & bars in the area, and everything you need for your daily groceries as well.
I will be happy to give you tips about what to do around or in Paris.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
