The maison de Balzac and the Wine Museum are within 50 m. The Champs Elysées are 13 minutes on foot, bus or metro take you in 3 minutes. Ideal for business or tourist stays as well as for the market of Christmas du Trocadéro.
Avenue overlooking the place Victor Hugo, there are among other things, a market, 2 supermarkets, 3 of the best bakeries/patisseries, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. Many cafes and museums are located instead of the Trocadero with the other, Musée de l'homme, the Museum of Modern Art, the Palais de Tokyo, the Wine Museum, the House of Balzac, the Galliera Museum...

July 2015Nous avons apprécié le très bon niveau d’équipement et de confort de ce studio, aussi bien au niveau cuisine que salle de bain. Le ventilateur, en cette période caniculaire, a été très apprécié.

C'est peut etre un cas isolé mais je tiens a signaler que cette annonce peut cacher bien des surprises. Nous avons été logé dans un autre logement que celui indiqué par l'annonce, comportant bien moins d'avantages (petit, sombre, mal isolé)!
- Toilettes donnant sans séparation dans la cuisine. (Pas tres classe)
- Cuisine mal équipée ( sans four micro-onde, sans passoire...)
- 50euros pour un ménage d'une heure pas si bien réalisé ( un peu cher)
- machine a laver non utilisable
- pas de planche, ni de fer a repasser comme indiqué dans l'annonce
- le propriétaire ne prend pas en compte les informations dans vos mails.
- QUANTITE DE FRAIS SUPPLEMENTAIRES qui alourdissent considérablement la note finale ( ménage, internet, draps supplémentaires...)

Studio très bien placé et au calme dans Paris. Très bon accueil par la propriétaire qui tient à la propreté des lieux en procédant elle même aux checking entrée et sortie.
Il manque toutefois un aspirateur afin de pouvoir nettoyer au fur et à mesure le sol moquetté.
A signaler également un problème d'évacuation des eaux usées (toilettes) : remontée d'odeurs dans le studio pendant notre séjour.
