You are here in the heart of the city and all the centres of attraction (restaurants, shops, outlets, bars,...) but enjoy absolute calm. You can move by foot and public transportation (bus, metro station République) is really close to your apartment.
Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an old building with the typical charm of rennais timber buildings (secured with digicode), the apartment opens onto a pleasant living room (30 m2 approximately), bright and featuring beautiful ceilings and beautiful ancient beams.
A small fitted and equipped kitchen (coffee machine, plates, oven, microwave) will allow you to enjoy your meal while admiring the towers of the Saint Pierre Cathedral and the roofs of Rennes.
The bathroom is functional and has a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. A small office corner will allow you to put your computer to manage your day-to-day affairs through the internet connection wifi is available. A separate WC completes the set. You also have storage in a large wardrobe - closet.
The night area is located on the mezzanine and is accessible by a comfortable straight staircase. You sleep in a bed of 140cm, head under the roofs and the stars. A small bed 1 person is also available to accommodate a third guest.
