Ty loft is a small apartment cozy, comfortable, fully renovated and equipped in summer 2015 to allow you to enjoy your stay in Rennes in the best conditions, alone or with someone. It is located in a residence classified Historical Monument, in the heart of the old Rennes and close to all amenities: public transportation, restaurants, shops. Arranged in duplex, the apartment offers a living room on the ground floor with a kitchen (2 hotplates, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven combined with a microwave, crockery, cutlery,...) and a living room (cable TV, internet wifi access, reader DVD, dock iPod/iPhone...) + WC. On the 1st floor, the room with wardrobe and storage space and the bathroom (shower, washbasin).
For your comfort, your bed will be prepared for your arrival. We also provide towels and rags for dishes.
The apartment is perfectly equipped to allow you to enjoy a comfortable stay alone or for 2. If you want to come with a baby, we can also graciously lend equipment (cot, high chair, small bath...) so that you don't have to carry yours.
