This studio 19 m 2 is very quiet and bright. It has 2 large windows with electric shutters (1 in the main room) and 1 in the bathroom. A cellar of 2 m2 is also put at the disposal of the tenants if they wish.
Passengers access the apartment consists of a living/bedroom with sofa room bed (with a mattress for sleeping daily) for 2 (size 140 cm x 190 cm), an equipped kitchenette (oven/mircor-wave, machine nespresso, kettle, kitchen... accessory), a bar for dining table and a bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine). Household appliances are also made available to tenants (iron + table press, electirc) as well as the rental of a cot for a couple with children (package €15).

The 7th District is a warm and friendly neighbourhood that has kept its village spirit. Nearby you have stations of bus lines 69 (which goes to Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Palais Royal and Châtelet) and 28 (which goes to the Champs-Elysées). It is also easily accessible from the airports and railway stations Paris:-Airport Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle: 1 hour (RER and metro) - from Orly Airport: 55 min. (bus) - from North Station: 30 min. (by metro) - from Gare de Lyon: 25 min. (in metro) - from the Gare de l'Est: 25 min. (in metro) - since the station Montparnasse: 15 min. (by bus)
