Le descriptif est conforme à l'annonce . Pour conclure bonne emplacement, bâtiment propre mais pour le studio il y fait chaud en été, il y faudrait une clim et pour la douche, quand on ce douche l'eau vas dans tout le salle de bain j'ai du acheté une raclette , il devrait mettre des parois en plexiglas pour la douche .
