Simply follow the lights to find your way back home. Between the veranda of a traditional parisian brasserie and the japanese set up of a new trendy Spa, stands this beautiful six-floor building of the late 19th century. Some decades ago you may have walked past Guy de Maupassant getting out of the building next door, carrying drafts of his Bel-Ami in his serviette. Pass this great oak door and you already feel the quiet you have been looking for all day. Take your eyes of the marble, only to see the marvelous moldings that cap the doors. Press on the 2nd floor and in the blink of an eye the doors of this perfect one-bedroom apartment will invite you in for the night.

Enter the leaving room and you will appreciate the cozy atmosphere. Everything you need for your comfort, you will find it within the 65sqm of this apartment. Your host is a young entrepreneur who loves to spend his spare-time traveling the globe, looking for the next Poker tournament to win. Your hostess has a creative mind and has decorated this place with taste. The iron-grey walls along with the thick curtains and the wooden floor let you play with your daily-mood. You will either feel late-cold-winter-night around the fireplace or sunny-summer-afternoon around a glass of rosé whether you leave the curtains open or not. A large window opens up on the Rue du Boccador where you hardly hear a car passing by. If the weather is unusual for Paris, you may be Lucky enough to enjoy taking your coffee while sunbathing on the balcony.

Feeling hungry already ? Go to the fully equipped kitchen and bake yourself a nice meal. No need to worry about annoying cooking smells invading the living room as the kitchen is on the other part of the apartment. Just close the door and open the windows on the internal courtyard, no one will complain. For a quick bite, no need to go to the living-room. The kitchen table will be a perfect spot to seat back and enjoy a fully-deserved treat. Later on, when the friends you have invited over for diner will arrive, you will be happy to share some good laughs and catch up on the old days around the living room dining table.

When you decide to retire to bed, you’ll find a master bedroom equipped with enough wardrobe space for even the most shopaholic of travellers, and a bed fit for a queen, both in terms of size and for the quality of its luxuriantly inviting sheets. You will need some energy because tomorrow you have so many things to do and see and you know that everything is walking distance.

We like to help our guests settle in their new home by explaining everything they need to know about the apartment but also about the neighborhood. We will show you where to go if you want to eat something or where the closest grocery store is. We will also be there at your check-out to help you get your luggage down and thank you one more time for your stay.
