Modern apartment of 50 m 2 (+ 30 m2 terrace!) in the District of Ménilmontant.

The apartment does not overlook the street but a large garden of condominium, so it is really quiet.
The terrace is equipped with a large garden table 4 seats, a chaise longue, and I maintain the shrubs and plants all year round.
No direct counterparts.
I'll be on place to pass over the keys (and the control for the garage if necessary) and at the end of your stay. However, if you need me during the stay, I'll still manage to be reachable and will move if necessary.
The centre of Paris is easily accessible, thanks to the proximity of lines 2 and 3 of the metro and a bus stop 96 that takes you directly in the Center. Are also accessible taxi Terminal and a park of velib' for the bravest!
Clean sheets and towels provided.
Pets accepted (as long as you do not try to stuff an elephant!).
Cleaning at your expense (or as a supplement of 20 euros).
For more security, I would ask a deposit of 400 euros. Any damage will be charged. However, if you have a question or a special need, do not hesitate to let me know!

February 2015Super appartement bien situé pour visiter les environs ! Florent est super sympa (il nous a attendu jusque 22h sans souci!) Tout est prévu pour se sentir comme chez soi! Nous reviendrons c'est certain

October 2014Appartement très confortable bien desservi (bus directs pour le centre de Paris et la gare Montparnasse) dans un quartier sympa. Il présente en outre l'avantage de la présence d'un petit supermarché au rez de chaussée ouvert jusqu'à 22h. Florent est un garçon adorable, très prévenant, nous nous sommes senties parfaitement à l'aise dans ce bel appartement et sa grande terrasse, dans un décor très soigné. Nous reviendrons le plus vite possible.
