Place du Tertre, Montmartre les points forts: l'appartement est très bien placé, à la place du tertre, à Montmartre, juste derrière le sacré coeur, un haut lieux du tourisme Parisien, ambiance garantie avec la dizaine de cafés typiques.
l'appartement en lui même est très bien agencé, avec un hall et une chambre qui est spacieuse, la salle de bain ainsi que le coin cuisine sont, en revanche, un peu exigus.
l'appartement est très bien isolé, ainsi même en plein milieu de l’après midi lors de la forte affluence des touristes, vous n’êtes pas dérangé par le bruit, mon séjours s'est passé le mois de janvier, le chauffage et l'isolation thermique sont bien assurés.
les points négatif (même s'ils ne sont pas nombreux) sont deux natures:
l'équipement de la maison, la propriétaire aurait pu investir une vaisselles plus étoffée que ça, une poêle supplémentaire, des verres ainsi que d'autres ustensiles.
le clic clac est cassé impossible de l'utiliser en mode lit.
l'appartement manque affreusement d'éclairage, trés bien pour ceux qui aiment les ambiance tamisée mais pas confortable pour ceux qui ont besoin de beaucoup de lumière.
enfin, les escaliers interminable du sacré coeur peuvent vous dissuader de faire un crochet à la maison entre deux circuits, à déconseiller donc pour les personnes âgées et ceux qui y vont pour faire les soldes à moins que vous vous santiez l'âme sportive, le funiculaire à 1.70e pour faire 100 mètre, peut très vite creuser le budget.
En conclusion appartement très bien situé et bien agencé, mais les escaliers du sacré coeur peuvent très vite vous fatiguer.

mais il y a une station de métro a 2 minutes de l'appartement
Abesses ligne 12 et vous n'avez pas a monter des escaliers interminables
il suffit seulement d'emprunter les ruelles typiques de montmartre
a savoir !

Place du Tertre, Montmartre Beautifully sited beside Sacre Coeur in the quarter of Montmartre. We really enjoyed our stay at Paris.
