La situation proche de la gare mais dans quartier très sale.
Sur 4 jours, la journée de samedi avec de la musique à fond de 14h à 1 heure du matin venant d'un studio vitre ouverte sur la cour qui raisonne et impossible de parlementer et personne dans la résidence pour faire la police.
