My apartment is located in the center of Paris in a safe area, the oldest, the most trendy, the most fashionable, the most chic.
It is on the 2nd floor, (no elevator) Everything you need is HERE.
The apt window overlooks the inner courtyard so even though you're situated on the most popular street in the Marais, the apt is quiet at night.
LOCATION !
The location is very convenient as a sightseeing base for the whole Paris. For those who enjoy shopping, art, culture,… this is the perfect place.
The street goes on and is lined with shops.
There is a great balance between traditional mom and pop shops, with the latest brand name items
there are all of the world's top brand names, with large stores, selling the very latest fashions and accessories, as well as quirky vintage boutiques.
There is also a ton of bars and restaurants in the area. So anything you want, you can get it.
The apartment is exactly next to the well known Georges Pompidou Museum.
It is also in walking distance from the very center of Paris and many sightseeing (Eiffel Tower, Bastille, Saint Michel, Notre Dame, Louvre museum, Picasso museum).
My lovely home is filled with art and antiques from the markets and auctions of Paris.
The apartment has a very spacious principal room which has a big sofa, big table that can be used as a desk for reading or table for dinners etc.
The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped with everything you might need.
The bathroom and WC are separated .
The attic has a tall ceiling which allows a lot of light to enter the apartment through its big windows.
The bedroom has 1 big bed for 2 person.
The living room has 1 big sofa where 2 person can sleep.
or The loft, where you can see the bookshelf, has a single/double mattress for extra 1,2 person.

1 minute to walk to Rambuteau station (Line 11) (the nearest station)
3 minutes to walk to Hotel de Ville , Saint Paul (line 1, the most touristic line which across all the must -see touristic spots)
10 minutes to Chatelet station, Chatelet Les Halles (RER B, RER A , Line 1, 4, 7 and11)
From the airport, RER to Chatelet les Halles directly around 30 mins, and from there 10 mins walking to the apartment.
