Description
In a Paris in the 14th arrondissement Island pure art deco (1933), you stay in a room comfortable for two persons with views over the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tower (7th floor with lift) with bedding high end, TV, Wifi Internet, necessary for breakfast.
You have an independent entrance from your hosts and a beautiful common room with another room (additional capacity from one to two people) it is possible to rent in addition if available: all then constituting an independent hosts apartment 25 m² suite.
Your hosts will welcome you gladly a drink in their workshop of artist or on their terrace with views of the Eiffel Tower time. They will benefit so can see you all their good addresses in addition to the tourist documentation available in the room.
Major tourist attractions are within 5 minutes walk from the island by subway (M4 Porte d ' Orléans), tram (T3), by bus (lines 28, 38, 68). Underground M13 line is two tram stops (T3). The Velib ' and Autolib' parked at the foot of the island.
Many shops at the foot of the building: restaurants, breweries, bakeries, pharmacies, press...
The 14th arrondissement offers very active cultural life (theatres, cinemas and historic monuments) in a setting among the most verdant of Paris (Parc Montsouris, Cité Internationale and squares at the foot of the island), with sports facilities (stadiums, pools) close. Two car parks are located within a radius of less than 300 meters.
