On the other side of the bridge, left bank, this is the modern area of the Front de Seine built since the 1970s. A luxury Mall, Beaugrenelle, has just opened its doors: fashion shops, pastry and Delicatessen, cinemas, trendy restaurants and covered car parks await you at a few hundred metres from the apartment.
Between the two shores: an island. The alley of the swans. A pedestrian area which is the joy of lovers and followers of jogging. They can walk up and down between the model of the statue of liberty's after and the bridge Bir - Hakeim.
The area is very well-served by public transport. The RER station of President Kennedy, which is less than 200 metres makes nearby stations and airports and allows quick access to the metro stations. Finally the bus lines that make you cross Paris along the Seine are at only fifty meters of your future apartment.
