Le studio est bien situé, aussi bien pour l'accès aux différentes lignes de métro que pour les commerces à proximité.
L'escalier de l'immeuble donnant accès à l'appartement est peu engageant car mériterait d'être rénové.
L'appartement en lui même est bien aménagé et le petit espace bien optimisé. La propreté est correcte. L'équipement fourni est adéquat pour passer un court séjour convenable.
Un inconvénient, la boîte de nuit installée au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble, qui ouvre ses portes aux environs de 23:30 et joue toujours à 4:00 du matin, au moins 3 jours par semaine.
La gardienne, Paola, vous apportera une aide cordiale et efficace.
