Emplacement idéal par rapport à mon lieu de travail (XV° arr.). Petit balcon agréable ; dommage de ne pas avoir un siège et une petite table à disposition pour mieux en profiter. Odeur nauséabonde des canalisations de la douche, malgré le produit d'entretien que j'ai mis régulièrement.
