il serait plus correct de votre part, de faire savoir que c'est une cité étudiante et donc fréquentée par des jeunes , ce qui peut être un peu bruyant.
Pour la location par elle même, un lit de mauvaise qualité, pas de serviette de toilettes, et des draps jetables....
Location pas adaptée , certainement intéressante pour des jeunes étudiants.
