November 2014Les + : disponibilité des chambres, vu leur nombre. Propre. Moderne et globalement fonctionnel. Proximité transports. Hub vers plusieurs directions. Calme. Accueil par la gérante. M'a bien rendu service quelques soient les moins que j'éumère ci-dessous.
Les - : horaires de contact des gérants inclus dans les heures de bureaux. Eloignement des commerces. Equipement ménager insuffisant (cafetière, balayette, serviettes...). Laverie sous-dimensionnée et information sur l'utilisation indigente. Equipements non fonctionnels (1 ascenseur sur 2, radiateurs).
Conclusion : une solution d'hébergement bienvenue lorsqu'on en cherche une, qui a le mérite d'exister, mais calibrée pour une clientèle étudiante et gérée avec un souci de rentabilité hôtelière de type industriel, dépensant le strict nécessaire et un petit peu moins que ce qu'il faudrait pour le maintenir vraiment correctement.
