Appartement très agréable et très bien situé au cœur du vieux quartier du Panier aujourd'hui très bobo mais ancien quartier "difficile", il en reste quelques traces, surtout le soir. Troisième étage sans ascenseur, escalier difficile (déjà signalé) à déconseiller aux personnes ayant des difficultés de déplacement. Pas de garage mais parking public (République) à proximité. Solution à privilégier à mon avis.
