Description

In full centre town, beautiful bourgeois apartment of 55 m 2 on the first floor of a mansion built in 1880.
Ideal for exploring Marseilles architecture from the end of the 19th century as well as the Marseilles life.
Ideally placed.

Housing: the apartment is very spacious and pleasant with its four doors leading to balconies.
The ceilings are high with moldings and antique chandeliers. The apartment is relatively quiet because overlooking a little busy street.

In the main room, with its beautiful marble fireplace, you will have a kitchenette (with tableware, cooking utensils and a few commodities), a dining area and a sitting area.
The sofa in the sitting area is convertible into bed double room is spacious and has a double bed (bed base slats and mattress nine for sensitive back, 140) and a small corner office.
prior arrangement we can make available an extra one bed room for a fifth person.
A cot is also available.

Retro style bath room has a bath.

We live nearby, we can inform you as soon as you want and keep you informed of cultural events.
Documentation of Marseille is also at your disposal in workbooks with some good addresses....

District: the apartment is situated in the city centre in the new Bohemian district of Marseille. Ideal location.
Neighborhoods:-of many shops, restaurants,... - artists - trendy bistros ("Longchamp Palace", bottomless pit, the outlet,...)-markets for flowers and vegetables bio twice a week (Tuesday and Saturday morning)-Longchamp (green lung of the city) Park is 7 min walk, ideal to relax or have a picnic. You will also find the Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of natural history.
-the beach is 20 minutes by bike - the Calanques are 40 min by bus - the Blue Coast is 20 minutes by train - Vieux Port is 15 minutes walk (5 min by subway): departures of boats to the islands of Frioul, of the Chateau D'if, the Calanques, L'estaque and the beach of Pointe Rouge... - 15 min walk from the "Friche la Belle de Mai" (cultural site) - 10 min. by tram or 20 min walk of area of the basket (MUCEM, Villa Mediterranean, Museum "Regards de Provence", Vieille Charité) - 10 min walk from the District of La Plaine (bars and restaurants and famous market with "good business" (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)) - 10 min walk from the District of Noailles with its market of the Capuchins and his flowing long street of the colours of the South.

Spacious bourgeois apartment centre -Accueil très chaleureux

-Appartement ancien très spacieux, haut sous plafond, mais meublé un peu simplement. Proche métro, tram et bus.
