I propose for rentals short term, my little nest cozy, intimate and cosy, in the quiet of Marseille, Yes, Yes... This is not a joke ;-)

Welcome in the 12th arrondissement of Marseille, 7 minutes by car from the city centre, 2 minutes from the first subway with close access to highway East to visit the Côte d'Azur and the Blue Coast North and Provence. Shops on-site, direct bus line.

Clear and sunny, the apartment has been completely renovated, it is a town house with a single floor and a common entrance with my neighbour to compensate. No other neighbours so the top or at the bottom of the housing. However, in order to preserve the tranquility of these, as well as the good relations that I have with them, I want to clarify and I greatly emphasizes the fact that this location is not suitable for party-goers at home.

The street is very quiet, in addition, the room overlooks a courtyard, allowing you to experiment with the concept of "absolute silence" ;-) The decoration is modern and "design" and you will find all the comforts necessary for your stay.(wifi etc...)The bathroom has a bathtub. Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer, oven and hob etc... There is only one bedroom (King) but the possibility for one or two persons additional sleep on the comfortable mattress of the corner (Meridian) sofa and/or an also cosy extra bed, in the living room of 40M 2.

On the other hand, in order to complement your stay, as Marseille of origin, I would happy to be able to guide you in this city that is dear to me. Very soon!

Welcome to you! Problème concernant le parking. Aucun emplacement de stationnement n'est matérialisé sur le boulevard des Marguerites. en effet, il fallait chaque jour se débrouiller une place sur le TROTTOIR de la voie publique.

Je me permets d'intervenir suite à cet avis qui me paraît très injuste par rapport à ma volonté d'apporter des conditions d'accueil optimales à mes visiteurs. Mes locataires sont partis en apposant sur le livre d'or de l'appartement : "Accueil chaleureux et convivial de la part de Sylvain". Or dans le commentaires ci-présent, aucune mention positive, juste 3 étoiles et seulement une critique sur la place de parking à laquelle je vais répondre : dans l'annonce je précise "places de parking gratuites dans la rue", j'aurais dû mettre "places pour se garer sur le trottoir gratuites et non sujettes à amende". En effet, dans toute la rue, et depuis toujours, il est facile de se garer sur le trottoir. Nous savons tous que les avis sont importants, car ils permettent aux futurs locataires de se faire une idée. Par contre, je ne peux que regretter les avis qui n'ont d'autre but que de "saboter" le travail et les efforts de personnes qui font tout pour que les visiteurs se sentent bien. Je peux vous assurer que j'en fais partie.

Welcome to you! Nous y avons séjourner du 16 au 23 juillet avec notre petit garçon ,nous avons été ravie, le petit compris,par l accueil de Sylvain,sa bienveillance envers notre petit garçon et sa disponibilité! L appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme effectivement. Nous avons aimé la déco décalé des lieux aussi!!! On y a bien dormi ,on s y sentait bien! Merci encore Sylvain pour tout et bonne continuation!!! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés SYLVAIN!!!! Il faut noter que nous sommes de bordeaux supporter des Girondins et que pour autant nous nous sommes senti en SÉCURITÉ!!!! c est un point important mes amis!!!

Welcome to you! Appartement très bien situé dans quartier calme, proche de toutes commodités et très facile d'accès.
Il est lumineux, spacieux, propre et très bien équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. Sylvain, le propriétaire vous accueillera chaleureusement durant votre séjour, je vous le recommande sans problème moi même travaillant dans un gîte de groupes.

Welcome to you! Super rapport qualité-prix et idéal pour passer quelques jours à Marseille. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, dans un quartier calme à 20 min. du vieux port. Et surtout : l'accueil très chaleureux de Sylvain qui nous a guidé et conseillé de bonnes petites adresses ! Je recommande vivemement. Encore merci à toi Sylvain, nous espérons revenir chez toi très vite.
