House rules - flexible on arrival and departure hours but must systematically be subject to an explicit and specific agreement at the time of your reservation.
-Respect for the neighbourhood (kick off your heels by entering and avoid moving the furniture), dinner with friends OK but no big party and thanks to close the windows if you make later.
-Close the windows and the door in your absence, do not give access to the apartment to other people in your absence.
-Non smoking, no pets.
-Even if you have taken the option of cleaning (€30), we expect from you that you leave the premises in a suitable condition: from flush, discarded trash, row dishes.
-For the rest we are quite relaxed. And if you break something, don't panic! This is certainly nothing of much serious. Simply let know us so that we have the time to fix it before the arrival of the following tenants (it is sometimes the race but there is always way to do, we want to avoid the disappointments from the delivery of the keys). Any damage not reported we prejudicial will be an application for refund
