10mn walk from Canal Saint-Martin district filled with lots of small restaurants and cool bars. Eating and/or drinking by the canal side is unique.
3 minutes walk to air-metro line 2 and underground line 5 that cross Paris from east to north to south. it allows to reach any point in the city quickly.
