Description

Very nice apartment fully renovated with a modern style, 2 minutes from three metro stations: station Poissonnière (line 7) and the metro station Gare de l'Est (line 4-5-7) and the Gare du Nord (RER B, useful if you need to go to the airport directly). In the same building there is a supermarket, alongside a bakery and a laundry. One minute away, there's a wonderful covered market where you can buy meat, fish and fresh vegetables of good quality. In front of the building, there is a store that sells only oysters of different qualities: an opportunity not to be missed! You can go visit the main monuments of Paris on foot. Ten minutes to Montmartre and the Opera district.
On the 2nd floor without lift in a building where the entrance is well kept and has just been redone. Magnificent floor.

The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are also provided, a TV with the large international channels and some Italian channels. You should only bring your suitcase, everything you need is inside. If you need me, I will be at your disposal to help you plan a wonderful stay because I'm Italian and I've been living here for 14 years! I can help you benefit from discounts to go to Disney (half price), and in very good restaurants (up to 20% of reduction) in the region!

Perfect comfortable apartment Parfait. Très bien accueillis. Quartier très sympa et très bien desservi. Juste un bémol pour le couchage qui était un peu juste pour 6.
