Description
In Paris in the 14th arrondissement Island pure art deco (1933), you'll find a suite of two rooms separated from the apartment of the owners comfortable for four people and overlooking the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tower (7th floor with lift), bedding high end, TV, Wifi Internet, necessary for breakfast (Kettle, coffeemaker, kettle and ingredients).
You have an independent entrance from your hosts and a beautiful bathroom assigned exclusively to the two chambers.
Your hosts welcome you gladly a glass in their workshop on their terrace overlooking the Eiffel Tower time or an artist. They will be so you can see all their good addresses in addition to the tourist documentation available in the room.
Major tourist attractions are 5 minutes walk from the island in metro (M4 Porte d ' Orléans), tram (T3), by bus (lines 28, 38, 68). Metro M13 line is only two tram stops (T3). The Vélib 'and Autolib' parked at the foot of the island.
Many shops at the foot of the building: restaurants, breweries, bakeries, pharmacies, press...
The 14th arrondissement offers very active cultural life (theatres, cinemas and historic monuments) in an institution among the most verdant of Paris (Parc Montsouris, Cité Internationale and placed at the foot of the island), with facilities sports (stadiums, pools) close. Two car parks are located within a radius of less than 300 meters.
Rental conditions: - home by hosts, - minimum length of stay: 2 nights - arrival of visitors from 16:00 / departure before 11:00, - supply of linen (bed and bath linen), room - non smoking, do not walk with shoes with heels (respect for neighbours) - €200 cash deposit-, possible access to the refrigerator for storing a picnic - possibility of a bed and baby high chair available.
