The apartment is located in a quiet street ( after 7pm every evening and weekends / residents are mostly young professionals, business owners, and young families), in the much searched after second district of Paris. From here, you are just a quick metro ride to most monuments, museums, cathedrals, restaurants and shopping galleries. During the summer and sunny days, you can easily walk to most destinations.

As well, the famously known district of Montorgueil ( Paris most famous street known for its fine French cuisine, cafes, eclectic food scene, wine bars, fine chocolate shops and more) is just around the corner. This area is known for its French countryside feeling in the city. A popular spot for locals to socialize while doing their shopping. The area is perfectly lined with famous restaurants, cafes, bakeries (including the famous La Maison Stopher) fish mongers, flower shops, produce stands, cheese shops, wine shops and its great night life...it's a magical location to start discovering Paris.

For those travelling on a special diet...no worries. Two organic grocery stores are just a five minute walk. For parents with little ones, 4 local groceries stores and a nearby pharmacy open 6 days a week. ( two groceries open on Sundays until 1pm)

This apartment can sleep up to 4 people, and it has everything ready to call it home.

( this flat is on the 3rd floor ( US equivalent: walk up) of a recognized historical building, therefore, no lift )

In the main room, there`s top of the line internet, wi-fi, international TV, free international calls to most countries ( please check with me for further information) and a fantastic sound system. For a relaxing evening, a lovely dining table for four awaits for that perfect gourmet dinner, and a comfy ( 160 x 200) bed for relaxing or some late night reading.

In the entry room a full size sofa bed ( nice and quiet ...it faces the inner court of the building) is ready to go. In the same room a very large closet with lots of storage area can be used to fit suit cases and lots of everything! ( an iron and an ironing board, and a baby feather mattress stored in the closet )

The kitchen is fully equipped: micro oven, oven, stove, fridge, toaster, water bolier, and coffee machine...plus all the cooking tools to make a great meal with all the fresh products from rue montorgueil.

The bathroom comes with a real shower, good hot running water, with superb water pressure!, a washer and drier, towel drier and hair dryer.

The WC has a traditional toilet...no funny cables to pull!

This apartment is in the heart of the city; the evenings and weekends are quiet due to the fact that, rue de caire is located in the garment district ( the Paris Soho...must see before it disappears ) of Paris, and Sundays the area becomes a pedestrian zone.

In nutshell, what I like the most about this apartment is its location. The area is covered with cafes, squares, tiny streets full of history and beautiful Parisian architecture , typical Parisian , family owned shops, and amazing food! Central Paris is a wonderful and unforgettable experience!
