Long-term furnished rental lease (ALUR law) - 1 year tacitly renewable
In the case of a long-term rental (the accommodation is the tenant's main residence) carried out on our platform, we provide the tenant and the landlord with a pre-filled model of a furnished one-year rental lease that is tacitly renewable.
Unlike a civil law lease in the case of medium-term leases, we do not have all the necessary information to complete the entire lease.
